Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your About Time Tours account using either method below.
Option 1: In the App
- Open the About Time Tours app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Your account will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.
Option 2: Contact Us
Email admin@abouttimetours.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription, and it removes the login you would need to reach the billing portal afterwards. Cancel first, then delete. Billing runs through Stripe rather than the Apple App Store or Google Play, so cancel from Settings → Subscription → Manage billing in the app, or email us at the address above before you delete.
What gets deleted:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile information (name, email, phone)
- Your tour history and saved properties
- Your favorite lists
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
