For the purposes of this Privacy Statement, at times we may refer to the Site and App collectively as our “Services”. This Privacy Statement covers your use of the Site and App, including when you access, enter information into, and/or use any services or other features that we may offer through the Site and/or App.

The Personal Information We Collect

When we refer to Personal Information, we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, is associated with, or is reasonably capable of being associated with a particular individual.

When you interact with us through the Services or offline, you may voluntarily provide us with or we may ask you to voluntarily provide us with Personal Information in order enable us to respond to you, or provide the features you use to interact with us through the Services. • Using the Services, including updating a list of homes or using messaging features of the Services.

• Your Business information, including your company, title, and business contact information;

Automatically-Collected Information:

The Services use digital analytics and marketing tools that help us track activity, analyze usage and performance, and market our Services. The tools we use include cookies. The digital analytics tools automatically track information about your interaction with the Services, including identifiable information. However, the information we collect automatically does not include any individuals’ names or contact information. Rather, as you navigate the Services, these analytics tools automatically collect and store information about your access to and use of the Services, such as: the date and time of your visit, the duration of your visit, the type of browser and browser language you use, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, mobile device ID, social media/marketing IDs, type of computer or other operating device used, the actions you take on the Site or in the App, the websites (if any) from which you linked to the Site, and the website(s) you visit after visiting the Site. All such information is referred to in this Privacy Statement as “Automatically-Collected Information,” and may be considered Personal Information depending on applicable privacy laws.

This Automatically Collected Information allows us to better understand the users of the Services, and what content and features are of interest to them. It also helps us to maintain the security and operation of the Services.

Why We Collect And How We Use Your Personal Information

As described above, you may voluntarily provide Personal Information to us in several ways. When you do provide us your Personal Information, you are authorizing us to use that information to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Statement.

Use of Personal Information to Perform Services Requested and to Contact You

We use Personal Information to provide the Services. For example, we will use Personal Information you provide to create an account profile within the Services, to enable you to develop a personalized schedule of homes to tour, to exchange messages with real estate agents, to send you push notifications, and to provide support. If you request information about our products or services, we will use the information you provide to contact you. We may also use your Personal Information to contact you regarding your use of the Services and/or to provide notices about the Services.

Use of Personal Information for Marketing Purposes

We may also use Personal Information for marketing purposes. For example, if you inquire about AboutTimeTours products or services, we may use your Personal Information to contact you to further discuss your interest in such products or services, and to send you information regarding AboutTimeTours, which may include information about promotions or events. If you provide us with your email address, we may send you emails from time to time.

At any time, you may request that we stop contacting you for marketing purposes by sending an email with your request to info@abouttimetours.com. Also, if we use your Personal Information to send you marketing communications via email, we will provide you with an unsubscribe mechanism to opt-out of receiving future marketing communications. If you request that we not contact you for marketing purposes (either by using the unsubscribe mechanism or by sending us an email), depending on the nature of our business relationship with you, we may still contact you for non-marketing purposes relating to your use of the Service or otherwise in regard to our business relationship with you.

Use of Personal Information and Automatically-Collected Information

We also may use both Personal Information and Automatically-Collected Information to help diagnose problems with the Services, to analyze statistical use patterns and demographic data, to market our products and services, and to improve our products and services. We may use your Personal Information and Automatically-Collected Information to customize and tailor your experience using the Services, displaying content we think you might be interested in and according to your preferences.

We may purchase marketing technology that allows us to deliver targeted advertisements based on your interests and online activity. These services use digital analytics tools (pixels and cookies) placed on our Services to track usage and serve advertisements to you on other websites.

Third-Party Service Providers

AboutTimeTours may provide your Personal Information and Automatically Collected Information, to third party service providers to perform certain services for us. In some cases AboutTimeTours will provide Personal Information directly to the service provider, while at other times you may provide your Personal Information to the service provider by using certain features of the Services. We may disclose Personal Information to third party service providers for reasons including, but not limited to: performing certain marketing on our behalf, such as through promotional e-mail campaigns or a newsletter; to provide an online payment portal; performing analytics services, as described above in this Privacy Statement; and providing other services relating to the operation of the Services (such as hosting, data storage, and security). These third-party service providers are not authorized to use your information received from AboutTimeTours in any way, including for their own marketing efforts, other than for the purpose of providing a service on our behalf, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Marketing Tools

We may provide your Personal Information and Automatically Collected Information with third party marketing tools, such as advertising networks, social media platforms, or retargeting services. These third parties are not our service providers and may use Personal Information in ways that are not disclosed in this Privacy Statement.

Payment Processors

If you purchase products or services from us (including within the Services), we will collect payment information from you through a third party payment processor. Third party payment processors collect and process Personal Information as described in the payment processor’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for how third party payment processors provide their services.

Mobile App Stores and Devices

When you use our App, you must download it from a mobile application store and install and operate the App on a mobile device. Both the app store and the device operating system provider will collect Personal Information from you about your use of the App. Neither the app store nor the device operating system provider are our service providers and any use of your Personal Information is subject to the applicable privacy policies of these third parties.

Sale of Personal Information

We may sell, license, transfer, or otherwise monetize your Personal Information and Automatically-Collected Information to third parties for monetary consideration or other valuable benefits. This includes, but is not limited to, selling or licensing such information to social media companies, data brokers, advertising networks, analytics companies, research firms, marketing companies, business partners, and other commercial entities that may find value in such information.

We may receive direct monetary payments, credits, services, enhanced functionality, or other forms of valuable consideration in exchange for providing access to your information. Third parties who purchase or license your Personal Information and Automatically-Collected Information from us may use such information for their own business purposes, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, consumer analytics, product development, research studies, advertising optimization, and any other lawful commercial purposes they determine.

Once we have sold or licensed your Personal Information and Automatically-Collected Information to third parties, we cannot and do not control how these third parties subsequently use, share, store, or process your information. These third parties are not bound by the terms of this Privacy Statement and may have their own privacy policies and practices governing their use of your information.

This sale or licensing of Personal Information and Automatically-Collected Information is in addition to, and not in lieu of, the other sharing practices described elsewhere in this Privacy Statement. We reserve the right to engage in these monetization activities at our sole discretion and without prior notice to you.

By accessing or using the Services, you expressly consent to and authorize our sale, licensing, transfer, and monetization of your Personal Information and Automatically-Collected Information as described in this section. This consent remains in effect for all information we have collected about you, regardless of when such collection occurred, until you permanently delete your account and cease all use of the Services.

Other Ways we Share Personal Information

We may share Personal Information with other third parties for the following purposes:

• For legal and regulatory compliance, including with law enforcement agencies where required, or as otherwise may be required by law;
• To enforce our rights or in connection with litigation or dispute resolution;
• In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of our business;
• In other ways not described above with your consent or at your direction.

How Long We Keep Personal Information

We keep Personal Information for as long as necessary to meet the relevant purposes for which we’ve collected it, including for the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate length of time for holding Personal Information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your Personal Information, the purpose for which we process your Personal Information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, along with the applicable legal requirements.

Security of Your Information

We have put in place commercially reasonable security measures to reduce the risk of your Personal Information being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we use reasonable means to limit access to your Personal Information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a legitimate need to know. They will only process your Personal Information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. Unfortunately, no data storage system, or system of transmitting data over the Internet or wireless network, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and no security system can prevent all security breaches. As a result, we do not and cannot guarantee the security of any Personal Information or Automatically-Collected Information provided to us in connection with your use of the Services or when you otherwise interact with us.

Opting Out of Cookies and Other Technologies

What we actually run, and how to refuse it. This website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure how pages are used and which campaigns bring real estate agents to us. When you first arrive you will see a bar asking whether to allow this. Declining is a single click, in the same place and the same size as accepting, and the site works exactly the same either way.

Your answer is stored in a cookie so you are not asked again, and it applies to both this website and the About Time Tours web app at app.abouttimetours.com. You can change it at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of any page — withdrawing is as easy as granting. If we ever add a tracking technology that is not listed here, we will ask again rather than treat your earlier answer as covering it.

We honour Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends that signal we treat it as a refusal of the sale and sharing of your personal information, and we do not ask you again. Advertising cookies are switched off for you automatically.

The iPhone and Android apps. From version 1.7.3 onward, our mobile apps use Google Analytics for Firebase to measure which screens and features are used, so we can see what is working and fix what is not. Earlier versions run no analytics at all. It records counts and categories — that a tour was created, or how many stops it had — and never a name, an email address, a street address, a property listing or anything you type. Firebase gives each installation of the app a random identifier so that it can count visits; we do not connect it to your name or your account.

This is not used for advertising. The apps do not collect your device’s advertising identifier, and they do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

In those versions this measurement is on when you install the app. You can turn it off at any time in the app, under Settings → Preferences → Share usage analytics, and it stays off until you turn it back on. That choice is kept on the device, so it is separate from the cookie choice described above and from any other phone or tablet you use.

We use a feature of your Internet browser called “cookies” to make your interactions with the Services easy and meaningful. When you access the Services, our servers send a cookie to your computer or other operating device. The cookie is placed on your hard drive or other operating device, and it assigns your computer or operating device a unique, random number.

Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can disable the acceptance of cookies at any time by changing the preferences in your browser. Most browsers also allow you to change the settings to require that the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie. Please refer to your browser for information on how to disable and control cookies. Information about managing cookies in commonly used browsers is available online from www.allaboutcookies.org. If you disable your web browser’s ability to accept cookies, you will be able to access the Services, but you may not be able to successfully use certain features of the Services.

Third Party Links

The Services may contain links to, or embedded code from, other websites not owned and operated by AboutTimeTours, for example, social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave the Site or App, or click on embedded content from another site, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of the third party site or content provider.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we learn that we are in possession of personal information collected from a child under the age of 16, we will immediately delete that information from our systems.

Changes to This Privacy Statement

We may from time to time review and amend this Privacy Statement to take into account changes in law, technology, and our operations. We will post any changes to this Privacy Statement on the Site and in the App from time to time. You can determine if this Privacy Statement has been revised since last accessing the Services by referring to the effective date or last updated date at the top of this Privacy Statement. Please periodically review this Privacy Statement before using the Services, as your continued use of the Services indicates to us your acceptance of any changes. All Personal Information processed by us will be governed by the most recent Privacy Statement posted to the Services.
