about showing day.

Available in supported South Florida and Central/Southern Oregon markets. Check your market and MLS before getting started. Coverage is licensed MLS by MLS, so what you can search depends on the MLS you belong to. See where we cover, or request your market from there.
Yes. Buyers open a shared itinerary link (the homes, times and updates in one place) without creating an account to view it. Saving properties and leaving feedback may require an app account.
After each showing, every buyer can leave their own responses, ratings and comments, tied to that buyer, not blended into the group. You can compare each person's reactions across homes and tours. "No response" stays visible as its own state; it is not the same as a no.
Yes. Teams get invites and roles, an on-duty toggle, and tour handoffs with shared client context, so coverage doesn't mean starting over. See Teams & Brokerages.
Request a guided setup. We'll confirm your market, walk the workflow with you on a real shortlist, and help you pick the right starting point.
The fine print, answered plainly
No. Keep the booking process each listing requires. About Time Tours helps organize the buyer's whole tour. Do not assume another showing system is synchronized with it.
No. A showing request can be confirmed, declined, or answered with a proposed alternate time; that decision belongs to the listing side. A request is not a confirmed appointment, and About Time Tours never pretends otherwise: you see the real status of every stop.
Not to view the tour: the shared itinerary opens from a link. Saved properties and per-home feedback may require an app account.
Yes, that's the point. Picks and feedback stay attributed to the individual buyer, so a household's different opinions stay visible instead of blurring into one.
Buyer representation agreements are supported: drafting, sending and the signature lifecycle. Signature tooling may be an add-on depending on your plan; we'll cover what applies in your setup.
No. About Time Tours is designed to organize work with buyers you already serve. It does not sell or distribute buyer leads.
$20 per agent per month after a 30-day free trial; $5 per agent per month for organizations of 51 to 1,000 agents; larger by agreement. Terms may change; the plans and how the trial works are on pricing.
No. Adding a tour to your calendar creates the event as it stands at that moment; if the tour changes afterwards, the calendar copy does not change with it. The app is the live plan; re-add after a significant reshuffle.
