What are you trying to do?
Everything on this site, arranged by the job in front of you rather than by the shape of our product. Each job hands you the walkthrough that shows the taps, the page that explains the mechanism, the one-line answer if that is all you needed, and the article if you want the reasoning.
Six jobs cover most of a buyer’s agent’s week. If you landed here from a showing-request email, or because your own agent uses this, skip to the two lanes written for you.
Listing search covers supported South Florida and Central/Southern Oregon markets today. $20 per agent per month after a 30-day free trial; $5 per agent per month for organizations of 51 to 1,000 agents; larger by agreement.
New here?
Six pages, in this order, and you will know whether this is worth your Saturday. None of them needs an account.
Weighing it against what you do now: the group text, the spreadsheet, the phone? That comparison is written down.
- PageWhat About Time Tours isWhat About Time Tours is and who it is for: buyer's agents and teams who want picks, tour plans, coordination and buyer feedback connected.
- PageFor buyer's agentsHow a buyer's agent keeps buyer picks, the showing plan, schedule changes and feedback connected across a showing day.
- PageWhere we coverWhere About Time Tours is supported today: Central & Southern Oregon on the Oregon Data Share feed (Bend, Medford and Klamath Falls, not Portland, Salem or Eugene) and South Florida on the MIAMI Association of REALTORS feed (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie), and how to request a new market.
- PageProduct previewA short video of the app in use.
- FeatureFeatures overviewEvery capability in one place: tours, showing coordination, MLS search, clients and picks, buyer feedback, buyer agreements, teams, territory activity and agent pages.
- PageHow it worksFrom picks to feedback in one flow: add their picks, build the tour, track feedback, make the next move.
Pick the job you are actually doing
Walkthroughs show the taps. Feature pages explain the mechanism and where it stops. Answers are one paragraph on the FAQ. Articles are the argument.
Job 01
Plan my first tour
Six houses, two buyers, one Saturday. The order you drive them in is what decides whether the last stop happens at all.
- WalkthroughPlan and run a tourStep-by-step walkthrough: create the tour, add stops, optimize the route, invite clients, send showing requests, run it in the field.
- WalkthroughRun the tour in the fieldStep by step: start the tour, move stop to stop, hand off to navigation and capture per-client feedback.
- FeatureTour planning and route optimizationHow multi-stop tours are built and ordered: real driving times, nearest-neighbour plus 2-opt, and confirmed stops pinned so an agreed time never moves.
- AnswerHow does route optimization actually work?
- AnswerCan I override the route the optimizer picks?
- ArticleRoute optimization for showingsDriving time, not distance, and why the obvious order costs a stop.
The night before is covered in the pre-tour checklist and how to fit five showings into one day.
Job 02
Get showings confirmed
The bottleneck is never the driving. It is five listing agents who have not answered, and a tour you cannot finish planning until they do.
- WalkthroughSend showing requestsStep by step: send requests, what the listing agent receives, and how confirmations, declines and counter-proposals come back.
- FeatureShowing coordinationHow listing agents confirm, decline or propose another time for a showing request by email link. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
- AnswerDo listing agents need an account to confirm a showing?
- ArticleGetting listing agents to confirm fasterWhat makes a request easy to say yes to, and what leaves it unread.
- PageWhat the listing agent receivesSend this to anyone who replies asking what the email was. They can confirm, decline or propose another time without creating an account.
Job 03
Find properties
Filters, a map you can draw on, and a shortlist your buyers can open on their own phones instead of scrolling a text thread.
- WalkthroughSearch and shortlistStep by step: filter the MLS, draw the area on a map, open a listing and save it to a shareable favorites list.
- FeatureMLS search and mapFilters, draw-on-map search, listing detail and where the listing data comes from.
- AnswerWhich MLSs and markets do you cover?
- PageWhere we coverWhere About Time Tours is supported today: Central & Southern Oregon on the Oregon Data Share feed (Bend, Medford and Klamath Falls, not Portland, Salem or Eugene) and South Florida on the MIAMI Association of REALTORS feed (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie), and how to request a new market.
Listing search covers supported South Florida and Central/Southern Oregon markets today. Outside them there is nothing to search. The market check tells you straight away whether we already serve where you work.
Job 04
Work with clients
Inviting them, agreeing representation before the first door, and keeping one record of what each of them thought of each house.
- WalkthroughInvite and manage clientsStep by step: add a client, send the emailed invitation, and what happens when they accept.
- WalkthroughSign a buyer agreementStep by step: upload your form, place fields, send for signature and get the signed PDF. Signature add-on.

Agreements are drafted, sent and signed in the app, and the executed copy stays with the client. Whether they cost extra is on the FAQ.
Job 05
Grow my business
A page you can send people, an area you draw on a map to follow the listing activity inside it, and a team you invite other agents into, with a roster showing who is on duty.

Job 06
Set up my account

Not a buyer’s agent?
Two other people end up here, and neither of them signed up for anything. The six jobs above are not written for you. These are.
I am a listing agent and I got a request
A buyer’s agent added your listing to a tour, so you got an email with a link. You can confirm the time, decline it, or propose a different one, from that link, without creating an account or installing anything.
- PageFor listing agentsWhat the showing request email is, and how to confirm, decline or propose a different time without creating an account.
- AnswerDo listing agents need an account to confirm a showing?
- FeatureShowing coordinationHow listing agents confirm, decline or propose another time for a showing request by email link. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
I am a buyer and my agent uses this
You were invited by your agent. What you get is the itinerary for your tour, a place to favorite the houses you like, and a way to say what you thought of each one while you are still standing in it.
Or just the question you came with
Every question on the FAQ, in one list, each going straight to its answer.
- Which MLSs and markets do you cover?
- What does it cost?
- How do I get access? Is there an invite code?
- Do my clients have to install anything?
- Do listing agents need an account to confirm a showing?
- How does route optimization actually work?
- Can I override the route the optimizer picks?
- Does it work in the field, or offline?
- Which platforms does it run on?
- How do buyer agreements work, and are they a paid add-on?
- What about teams and brokerages?
- How do I delete my account and my data?

What changed lately
Cost, trust and help
- PagePricingPublished pricing in three tiers: $20 per agent per month after a 30-day free trial, $5 per agent per month for organizations of 51 to 1,000 agents, and custom pricing over 1,000.
- PageSecurity and verificationHow license verification, consent logging, notification enforcement and signature evidence actually work. (Awaiting legal review: reachable and linked, but noindex and out of the sitemap.)
- PageFor teams and brokeragesHow teams keep buyer tours organized as work moves between agents: shared client context, tour handoffs, on-duty coverage, and how to plan a rollout.
- PageSupportHow to get help.
Every page title and one-line description on this page is read out of the site’s own route manifest, so renaming a page changes this index at the same time. Articles and FAQ questions are the exception: the manifest does not list them. If a link here sends you somewhere that does not match what it said, tell us. That is a bug, not a style choice.
Reading only gets you so far
Take the tour you were going to run anyway (the same stops, the same buyers, the same listing agents) and build it in here instead.
