Answered before you write
- How do I get started?
- Agent sign-up is gated on an invite code. Request guided setup on the get-started page, then install the app and sign in with the code we send you.
- What does it cost?
- $20 per agent per month after a 30-day free trial; $5 per agent per month for organizations of 51 to 1,000 agents; larger by agreement. The plans, and what the trial does, are on the pricing page.
- Where does it work?
- Available in supported South Florida and Central/Southern Oregon markets. Check your market and MLS before getting started. In Oregon, listing search runs on the Oregon Data Share feed; in South Florida, on the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® feed. Outside those markets there is nothing to search yet: check your market.
- How do I report a bug?
- In the app: Settings, then Help & Support, then Report a bug. It goes straight to our engineering team with your app version and device details, and needs no email app. Or email us with the screen you were on, what you tapped and what happened. A screenshot and the rough time help more than anything else. Fixes get written up on what’s new.
- Something went wrong with an App Store or Google Play download
- Install and download problems belong with Apple or Google. They own that part. Anything about the app itself comes to us.
- Privacy and data requests
- Email our Privacy Officer at privacy@abouttimetours.com. What we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy.
- Deleting your account
- In the app: Settings, then Delete Account. It runs immediately and cannot be undone. The full instructions, including how to ask us to do it, are on the account deletion page.
Longer answers (coverage, what a client has to install, what a listing agent has to do, how routing works) are on the FAQ. Office-level questions go to the brokerage page.
