About Time Tours, on the phone you take to showings
Plan a multi-stop tour, send confirmation requests to listing agents, and run the day in the field. Install it, or open it in a browser. The account is the same either way.
$20 per agent per month after a 30-day free trial; $5 per agent per month for organizations of 51 to 1,000 agents; larger by agreement. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
What you need to sign in
Installing the app is not the same as having an account. Sign-up is invite-only right now, and the way in depends on which side of the tour you are on.
If you are an agent
You need an invite code before the sign-up form will open. Request guided setup and we send you one. After that the account is an email address and nothing else: we email you a six-digit code to confirm it, and there is no password to create. You can also continue with Google, or with Apple, everywhere except Android.
If your agent invited you
You do not have to hunt for a code. Your agent sends an invitation by email, and opening the link in it takes you straight to account creation with the invite already attached. The link opens in any browser, on app.abouttimetours.com, so a laptop works as well as a phone. Invitations expire after seven days. If yours has, ask your agent to send a fresh one.
Before you install: where About Time Tours works
Available in supported South Florida and Central/Southern Oregon markets. Check your market and MLS before getting started. Planning and drafting a tour works wherever you are; search, and the licence check that has to find you in the same licensed data before you can send a tour, invite a client or send a buyer agreement, are the parts that are regional.
Still deciding?
Have a look at what the app does before you hand over an email address, or ask about putting it in front of a whole office.
